I design complex, data-heavy products—and help teams figure out what to build and why.

About me

Hi, I’m Holly.

I am a product designer who enjoys untangling complex problems, especially the kind that sit at the intersection of data, technology, and human decision-making.

Over the past several years, I have worked on data-heavy, technically complex products, partnering closely with engineers, scientists, and product teams. A lot of my work has been about turning complexity into clarity, designing tools that help people understand, analyze, and act on information with confidence.

I am especially drawn to 0→1 and complex workflow challenges. I like stepping into undefined spaces, asking a lot of questions, and helping teams figure out what to build and in what order. I do not just design solutions. I help shape direction, influence roadmaps, and bring clarity to ambiguity.

I have found that I do my best work on problems that are a bit messy and actually matter. I am less interested in polishing micro-interactions for marginal gains, and more motivated by solving deeper, structural problems that change how people work and think.

At my core, I am curious and collaborative. I listen carefully, adapt quickly, and care about building thoughtful systems that hold up under complexity, not just screens that look good.

I am originally from Northern Ireland and have been based in the United States for the past 15 years. Outside of work, you will usually find me chasing after my three kids, surfing, experimenting in the kitchen, or out on the golf course.
